Change timeline.xlsm version to 2.5

Minimal changes to update the timeline to version 2.5

Diff :

Change color for first columns (previously attributed to MAPPS inputs) change color from blue to green for obs durat (sec) (w/o borders)
Add a new column "CDS_flag" (CDS, READRESET) to be able to generate all the ICU telecommands from the timeline
Add unit " (ms)" in the descriptions of "VI Tint" and "IR Tint"
New column "tick_freq" to choose the tick period to be used for the scan movement computation
Update formulas of power estimations with "N/A" if both cannels are OFF to avoid a bug in the timeline2tcconfig processing
Add browse table 31 shift 0 : "MAJIS_TEST_BROWSE_PARAMETERS_shift0"
Add the new spectral mask MAJIS_JUP_DISK_SCAN_SPECTRAL_MASK_LOSSLESS
Update the spectral mask MAJIS_BORESIGHT_GEO5000_SPECTRAL_MASK_VI_IR_lossless

Automatic formatting of cells relative to: - VI if "VI flag" is "OFF" : columns AU, AW, AY, BA to BG - IR if "IR flag" is "OFF" : columns AV, AX, AZ, BH to BN - Scanner if "Mirror Flag" is "DISABLE" : columns O, Q to V (the "start_angle" column P is kept active since it can be the fixed position of the scanner in case of off-nadir pointing)
